Creativity has always been how I communicate.

I'm Nathan Trowbridge, a creative storyteller, video producer, motion designer, and communications professional with more than a decade of experience turning ideas into content that connects with people.

My creative journey started long before I ever picked up a professional camera or opened After Effects. As a kid, I was constantly drawing and creating. That passion eventually led me to earn my bachelor's degree in Media Arts and Animation, where I discovered that what fascinated me wasn't just animation—it was the entire process of bringing an idea to life.

Since then, I've built a career that has allowed me to work across nearly every part of that process.

I've worked in television, commercial production, marketing, branding, live events, visual effects, motion graphics, photography, videography, and digital content. I've written scripts, developed campaigns, directed multi-camera productions, shot and edited stories, created broadcast graphics, worked with clients and community organizations, helped lead creative teams, and taught the next generation of creatives.

Along the way, I've had the opportunity to work on everything from local businesses and community campaigns to live events, television stations, major fundraising initiatives, and broadcast productions.

But the technology has never been the most important part to me.

It's the Story.

I believe great creative work starts with understanding what you're trying to say, who you're trying to reach, and why they should care. Cameras, editing, animation, design, and technology are the tools that help bring that story to life.

I'm equally comfortable brainstorming an idea, standing behind a camera, working inside an edit suite, building motion graphics, directing a live production, collaborating with a team, or helping someone else develop their own creative skills.

After more than a decade in this industry, I'm still motivated by the same thing that got me started in the first place:

Taking an idea that exists only in someone's imagination and turning it into something people can see, experience, and connect with.
